What is MizPee?

It's a site that helps you find nearby restrooms. Weirdest idea for a site that I have heard of. I can see it being useful in countries like Vietnam and nothing more. Will probably fail sometime soon. The site is being covered by Techcrunch and is located here.

Things that Make Me Happy and Grateful

BT got accepted into VCU School of Pharmacy, and she's starting this coming August. All of us Khucs are happy for her, especially my parents. You should have seen their big happy smiles when they heard the good news. It's priceless! Best of luck in Pharmacy School. You deserve it!


HA has just finished her first year in Podiatry School at Temple and is now doing research at school. I'm just really happy and grateful that we're still together. It's almost three years! Can you spot her in this picture? ;)

How To Be a Good Boss

According to wikihow.com:

1. Realize that management succeeds via the efforts of the workers


2. Delegate responsibility and then trust your people


3. Know your employees to know your strength


4. Clone yourself - many times


5. Empower your staff to make critical decisions, and don't second-guess them


6. Create a clear chain of command

So it's not easy to be a good boss, but don't we all want to become one someday? :)
